All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Nature of Service (The Subscription Model)
Slebuild provides “Managed Website Services” on a subscription basis. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you are leasing the technical infrastructure, design, and server space provided by Slebuild.
Ownership: Slebuild retains administrative ownership of the website code, layout, server configuration, and custom domain (if purchased through us) for the duration of your active subscription.
Client Content: You (the Client) retain full intellectual property rights to your brand assets, logos, written content, products, and customer data.
Cancellation & Termination
Client-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to the website, dashboard, and hosting will be revoked. The website will be taken offline immediately upon the expiration of your paid term.
Data Retention: We are not obligated to store your website data or assets after your subscription is cancelled.
Website Transfer & Buyout Policy
If you wish to transfer your website, domain, and assets to another hosting provider (outside of Slebuild’s management), a Buyout/Termination Fee applies.
Fee Structure: To obtain full ownership of the source code and assets, you must pay a termination fee equivalent to 2 Years of your subscription value (or as specified in your individual Service Agreement).
Domain Transfer: Custom domains purchased by Slebuild will only be transferred to the Client’s control after this fee is paid.
Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a refund for your initial Service Fee within 7 days of the transaction date, provided no substantial design work or setup has been completed.
Non-Refundable Items: The following “hard costs” are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance: Transaction fees incurred by Payment Gateways, Domain Name Registrations, Business Email Licenses and any Third-party setup fees or paid plugins.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Slebuild has a zero-tolerance policy for payment disputes. If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank:
Your website and account will be permanently suspended immediately. Additionally, you forfeit the right to the “Buyout/Transfer” option.
Slebuild reserves the right to report the incident to credit bureaus and fraud prevention databases.
Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use
Slebuild supports creators, but we strictly prohibit the use of our platforms for illegal or harmful activities. We reserve the right to terminate your site without notice if it hosts: Adult content or content strictly prohibited by local laws, Pirated content (courses, software, media), Hate speech, harassment, or violent content, Fraudulent schemes, scams, or misleading products.
Limitation of Liability
Service Uptime: While we utilize high-performance VPS hosting, Slebuild does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean), natural disasters, or technical failures.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party tools integrated into your site (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, WhatsApp APIs). Issues with these services must be resolved directly with the provider.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Slebuild harmless from any legal claims or damages arising from the content you publish or the products you sell on your website.
Hyperlinking to our Content
The following organisations may link to our Website without prior written approval:
- Government agencies;
- Search engines;
- News organisations;
- Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
